Aftercare service issues at a telecoms company

Esendex, the UK’s leading specialist business SMS provider, asked Insightcube to run a B2B satisfaction survey. The survey ran in the UK, Ireland, Spain and Australia. It showed good levels of satisfaction with the organisation’s performance but revealed that some customers weren’t happy with the level of aftercare service. Esendex hadn’t been aware of this and was able to address it very quickly. This lead to a measurable improvement in ratings in the subsequent survey.
