The Hyde Group, one of the UK’s largest Housing Associations,  wanted to make better use of its customer data and asked Insightcube to review its customer insight activities.  Our recommendations included setting up a dedicated Customer Insight team, modernising its data collection processes and introducing customer linked targets for line managers.  The recommendations were implemented in full and lead to a 6 point improvement in customer satisfaction.
