Marketing shared ownership homes
Moat, an innovative social housing provider, asked Insightcube to investigate whether it could use its existing data to improve the marketing of shared ownership homes. Whilst income was a major factor we also found that indicators of ‘attitude to risk’ and ‘financial experience’ were correlated with purchasing behaviour. We concluded that it was likely that these indicators could be used for targeted marketing but that more data should be collected before beginning a campaign. We helped the organisation set up a census project to collect the required information.
