Tim Barker (Tim@insightcube.com)
Tim is a customer insight specialist. He has worked for a number of organisations, setting up customer insight teams and advising on market research and customer analytics. He previously worked in operational research, planning and finance roles at British Airways and BAA plc.
Joanne Easton (Joanne@insightcube.com)
Joanne specialises in quantitative analysis and exploiting data using Excel, SPSS and Access. She previously worked at British Airways in operational research and yield management.
