Capability Development

Analytical roles are hard to recruit for and often a better solution is to improve the capability of existing managers and staff. In some cases staff have the ability but have not been exposed to the right environment to enable them to develop. Line managers without analysis and insight experience themselves will find it difficult to develop the relevant skills in others.

Tim, Jo and Rachel at Insightcube all have experience of managing and developing people in analytical teams in blue chip organisations. We have also successfully created and embedded Insight teams in other organisations through re-structuring, recruitment and capability development.
