Performance metrics

“What gets measured, gets managed” (Peter Drucker). It is not possible to measure everything but you need to ensure you measure the right things and do it properly. A key output of effective business intelligence is a comprehensive set of performance metrics that give you the information you need to manage the business. The metrics need to be correlated with business profitability and allow drill down into detailed business processes.

Exploiting Big Data

Most organisations feel they have more data than they can cope with. To use data effectively you need to collect the right information, have good systems to store and process the data and then, crucially, you need good analytical skills to be able to draw the right conclusions.

Insightcube will take a holistic look at how you collect and use both customer and operational data and recommend improvements, including data sources, delivery systems, staff capability and organisational effectiveness.

What we won’t do is try and sell you an IT system. For us, the role of the system is to make the data available. The real benefit comes from understanding what the data represents and how to use it to improve the customer experience and make your business more effective.
